Full Time
Physiotherapist
- Department: Physiotherapy
- Reporting To: Patient Support
- Location: Swasthyam Superspeciality Hospital, Nagpur
To provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and patient education to improve patients’ mobility, functional independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy for IPD, OPD, ICU, post-operative, and emergency patients as required.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, mobilization, strengthening, stretching, and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques.
- Assist patients in post-operative and post-injury rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient treatment records and documentation.
- Educate patients, attendants & relative regarding exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical departments for patient care.
- Follow hospital infection-control, safety, NABH, and clinical protocols.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of physiotherapy equipment.
- Attend emergency physiotherapy requirements as assigned.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, audits, and quality initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable professional council/authority, wherever required.
- Relevant hospital experience preferred.

Receptionist
- Department: Front Office / Reception
- Reporting To: Receptionist
- Location: Swasthyam Superspeciality Hospital, Nagpur
To manage the reception and front-office operations, assist patients and attendants, and ensure smooth coordination and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, enquiries, and general information.
- Guide patients and attendants to the appropriate department, doctor, or service area.
- Attend incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient and visitor records as required.
- Handle OPD appointment scheduling and follow-up calls.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, timings, and procedures.
- Maintain proper reception desk discipline and cleanliness.
- Handle patient/attendant queries and escalate complaints to the concerned authority.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, safety procedures, and NABH standards.
- Perform other front-office duties as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / 12th Pass from a recognized institution.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Previous hospital/front-office experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage
